By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who can buy. You must be 18 or older.

What we sell. Authentic, factory-sealed LEGO® sets. Minor shelf wear is normal and not a defect. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by The LEGO Group or any licensor. LEGO®, Star Wars™, and all other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Prices. All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Sales tax is added where required by law.

Orders. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The order is accepted when we ship it. We may decline any order.

Shipping. US domestic only, via USPS or UPS. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes when we hand the package to the carrier. Report lost or damaged shipments within 7 days.

Returns. Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged. All return requests must be submitted to sales@mariettabricks.com within 14 days of delivery, with photos of the damage. All other sales are final.

No warranty. The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Liability. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Prohibited use. No scraping, spam, fraudulent orders, or infringement of our content or trademarks.

Governing law. State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in Cobb County courts.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
